From the very beginning Renegade Classics has sold and sewn embroidered patches onto all types of garments and gear.
Investing in a really nice embroidery machine in order to help clubs and riders develop and obtain their own custom patches, colors and designs seemed like a logical extension of our business.
Over the last 3 years, we’ve embroidered thousands of custom patches made to order for bikers in our community. While our embroidery department has grown without us making much noise about it we have gained extensive experience. We now embroider more complex and larger designs and pretty much know how to embroider anything. We have even started to do logo embroidery on shirts and hats for local companies to use for their promotional purposes.
Our embroidery machine can work at up to 1300 stitches per minute, over an 11” by 14” area and with up to 15 different colors. We use high quality Madeira polyester thread for its strength and weather resistance and we can embroider on your items or the items we supply for you.
Logo Embroidery on Shirts and Hats
Many companies strive to keep their brand visible to the public’s eye at all times… Embroidering your logo on shirts and hats is an effective way to promote your name and business. This is especially true in the case of service companies like HVAC, electricians, plumbers and security specialists, but also real-estate brokers and retailers. These items cannot only be worn by you and your employees but can be given away for customers to wear to increase your brand’s visibility even more!
Take a look at the pictures on the side: you will see that we can do a great, eye catching job for your business.
And best of all, the process is easy! Bring in your design, we will digitize it and our embroidery machine will get to work. Since we are a local embroidery shop, you can always come to our place of business to discuss your project with us directly and we can work with phone orders too.
We pay close attention to detail and all the logos we embroider are hand-finished with the utmost care. We collaborate with each client to pick the right thread color to best match your printer’s choice of colors.
Biker patches made to order
And of course we haven’t forgotten about our motorcycle riding customer base! Do you ride in an MC and need your colors to look great? We have exactly what you need. Our custom embroidery machine can handle any design, any color. Even if you don’t ride with a club we can handle any patch idea you may have, even big center patches.
Perhaps you’d like to commemorate the life of a loved one? We have done many of these pieces.
Are you active duty military or a retired vet? We can help you honor and commemorate your service to our country with top quality patches.
Take a look at our gallery of patches on the side… They were all custom-made.
The bottom line is that if you can imagine it, we can probably embroider it!
Embroidery & Biker Patches FAQ
How much does it cost to embroider a logo?
Once the logo is digitized a stitch count will dictate the price for the embroidery. An average left chest logo at 4” is usually around 5,000 stitches and can cost between $15.00 to $24 for one item depending on quantity and complexity. The more items that are embroidered the less it costs.
What’s the difference between printing, embroidery and patches?
Embroidery refers to clothing that has a name or a logo stitched into its fabric. Printing is when a design or logo is printed directly onto the garment. Patches are embroidered on a thick material and sewn on the garment.
What size are logos for shirts?
LOGO SIZES: Logos embroidered in the left chest position should not exceed 3.75″ x 3.75″ in size. Most logos are usually sized to fit within 3 to 3 1/2″ wide. It is important to know that logos are placed above pockets – not on them.
How long does it take to embroider a logo?
The actual work of embroidering the logo can take as little as a few minutes depending on complexity, however your order may take several days or more to complete depending on the size of the job and whether or not we have to order materials to make sure you are getting exactly what you want.
How much do custom patches cost?
We can make a small, simple, text only custom patch for as little as $15, and may even be able to do it while you wait.
What are embroidered patches made of?
An embroidered patch is a piece of embroidery which is created by stitching thread on a fabric backing. We use high quality polyester threads and backing to ensure durability and weather resistance.
What fabric is used for embroidery?
Tight, non-stretch fabrics are best for surface embroidery, while loosely woven fabrics are ideal for counted thread, pulled thread, and drawn thread techniques. The fiber content for even-weave fabric can be cotton, linen, rayon and polyester blends (even hemp and bamboo).
